Accessibility Statement
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provide a minimum set of requirements for websites, and I am committed to providing an accessible user experience, because it’s rude AF (and also illegal!) not to. Some of the most common accessibility features are listed below.
Color contrast
Color combinations in my brand palette and on my website meet WCAG standards. My brand palette provides:
8 WCAG AAA (Normal) combinations
12 WCAG AA (Normal) combinations
14 WCAG AA (Large) combinations
Fonts and spacing
The minimum font size used on this site is size 16
All of my brand fonts are legible and easy to read
Letter and line spacing are neither too wide nor too narrow
More than 3 lines of text are left-aligned (an exception may occur on some mobile displays)
Site content
All images have clear alt text descriptions
Buttons, links, forms, and menus are clearly labeled
Animations are limited or avoided
A structured sitemap provides easy navigation
Notice an oversight?
I take deep pride in providing a user experience that’s accessible to all who visit my website, but I’m also human (hopefully you know it’s not a bot writing this).
If you notice an accessibility oversight, please feel free to contact me at kindaweirdcopy@gmail.com so I can make the appropriate changes! Thank you!
